MM Coffee Farm is located in the mountains of San Pedro Copan, Honduras. The farm extends from approximately 1300m to 1700m above sea level and includes two acres of cloud forest from Celaque Mountain National Park. Various other plants grow around the coffee, including oranges, bananas, plantains, lemons, and limes to give the coffee it’s unique flavor profiles. They take precise care of the soil and treat it in order to fortify the nutrients; guaranteeing that each year the harvests are consistent.
