This low yielding, high cupping coffee collaboration (years in the making) of several producers of pacamara has inspired us so much by its Fuji Apple juiciness that Gold Mountain Coffee Growers is distributing seeds to its farmers in its groups. This variety is the most consistent to date providing notes of juicy, candied apple. The shear size of a single bean is also one to take note of as well. This varietal is a cross between a pacas and maragogype.
Besides the very prominent juicy apple note, we get notes of cherry, pineapple, peach, papaya, and honey. Enjoy!
