Their farm has a clean water source that supplies the community below with drinking water. Furthermore the Farm has a special PVC tubing system with tiny perforations underneath the grooves of the trees so the runoff from washing coffee is filter by the earth instead of polluting streams. They use special pruning techniques training their Bourbon to grow next to their Caturra varietals.
This coffee is truly unique consistently producing notes of mango, pineapple, guava, papaya, and honey. Hence the nick name “Tutti Fruity” or “ Fruit Symphony
